I agree with the initial findings of the Trade Marks Examiner ONLY on the basis this phrase was used in a movie as a trade mark quote of Dickie Roberts. I don't feel it is was scandalous and inappropriate, just look it up in the dictionary. It is only your interpretation of the words for example "Yuck fou fum ducker"

So did you just decide to take this saying from Dickie Roberts former child star or what. Is nothing sacred any more or is it just a free for all.
